Partnership of a Pastor’s Wife
If he is married, the relationship of pastor and wife is critical to successful ministry. Therefore, PLI has designed the Partner Program as an integral part of the leadership training process. The program enables wives to grow alongside their husbands as they develop spiritually, intellectually, relationally and professionally.
Partners attend all annual conferences plus an annual mid-year retreat. Their collegial groups are influenced by the valuable growth experience of more experienced pastor’s wives who are part of the collegial group throughout the four-year program.
Partners are also encouraged to participate in the international mission vision experience.
